Well - I finally unearthed the last of the helmets that were supposed to be auctioned off at the FIRST Vintage Torque Fest. yeah - yeah - I know...organization is not my strong suit.... This was a very popular one and the work that went into it was crazy. Lace work - striping - super nice. Den Oliver did the pinstriping and Oliver Group did the super cool bag that comes with this amazing piece. Thanks to all involved and hope that you will want to bid to help out with some medical bills. For those that dont know what is going on: www.helpinghannahsheart.org This auction $$$ will go directly to the Hannah Wells Medical Trust. Info on payment will be provided once the auction is complete. Thanks For those that dont know about the art show we have every year in conjunction with Torque Fest - you should check it out. This year we will be getting artists from around the world to do their version of Rat Fink! At the shows these helmets were bringing about $125-$200 Thanks
That will look so sweet with your pink Jeep. I hope your pockets are deep, 'cause you need this. Also, When does this end??????
I will be posting more pix of this as I can get them edited - had to do some Halloween school stuff with the kids today. How about November 4. End at 10Pm CST Thanks for bidding Jeff - hope that high bid doesnt scare people away!
This is a direct cast off of a German M40 Helmet that I provided Jimmy Flintstone. This is NOT a real helmet - this is a resin piece that is designed for art...not for function. I have had people purchase these and put liners from military surplus shops in them. The helmets are XL but if you put a liner in - you can make them the size you choose.
Doug, It will look the best with the other 5 I already have. This is the last one I/We really wanted, Along with Tillrock's and Lozeau's. John, After I win this I'll kick in extra for a Weesner print, If you have any left. Jeff
