They are JC Whitney accessory side pipes , dumb stuff from the 50s ,they were originally on the car so I put them back on to fill the holes.
Not tryin to beat ya up here cause that would be a tough one to figure out how to cover holes there but I think I personally could live with the holes easier, however if you like it rock on. The rest looks super cool.
................just out of curiousity, How big are the holes? Would a custom script or a short piece of trim etc. work there if you so desired?
You sir have a lot of nerve running the original period accessories on your survivor car. 2014 does not approve.
That piece is diffrent and truly very interesting to know that it was an accesory available back in the day but It is so interesting in fact that it takes over and sets the vibe for the whole car making it look like what a wanna be hotrodders car would have looked like back in the day and I guess thats ok too if thats what you are goin for, cause thats kind of cool too in its own way if a young guy done it but...... Im sorry I just visualize (here in 2014) those fake walmart stick on port holes stuck on a PT cruiser as todays version of that...................that may have been what it looked like back then.
