    YES. THE STOCK LINKAGE IS PROGRESSIVE AND ADJUSTABLE USING THE REAR CARB AS THE PRIMARY. AS YOU GIVE MORE THROTTLE IT PICKS UP THE FRONT CARB. HERE'S A LINK TO A '56-'57 CHEVROLET TUNE GUIDE. SOME GOOD BASIC ENGINE AND 2X4 INFO.

    My intake was under two bills, had some corrosion in the bottom of the water crossover, easy fix.

    Thanks. Yes, but fortunately I have a machinist friend. I come up with the stuff and he is able to help with making my ideas work. It's all just mocked up. I still have to weld the snout where the 1/8" gap is. I don't want to hijack this thread with that though, here's one of Mr. Chrisman's traditional engines!

    I kept the single exhaust ,but it did change tone almost choppy out the tail pipe . Along with piles of soot from years past .
