I remember hoping to have one like these but at 72 and on fixed income (SS). I just moved into an old house, new to me. I got a 12 x 16 portable building as my new shop. I was in hopes of using the 24 x 30 carport for my shop, till I found out that part of my sewer field lines are under it. So now get the little building turned into my shop.

  2. Gotta finish the doors with my intake filters, and finish my filter setup on my exhaust 20240118_160558.jpg 20240118_160610.jpg

Was there any glass pipes for the milk to travel through in the barn ? You’ve done an amazing job honoring the barns past while making it Your own place .

  7. No glass pipes. The milking area is just two bays with a trough (covered in parts currently!)
The neat thing is we have the original blueprints from 1946 when the barn was built!

Best I have. Just a 2 car garage, alot of cabinets. But climate controlled so I don't sweat my ass off all the time!

Started here a long time ago.

Moved the washer and drier out of the garage and reclaimed the extra space.

    After getting floors coated..

Its a constant struggle, but thankfully I have more room than some with 2 car garages, But can always use more. My 8.5ft celling really hampers ever doing a lift etc. Some folks ask why I did such a nice floor, well I had orig painted the floor many years ago, supposed to be "EPOXY" and lifted up a year later so I quit caring about that floor, but hated the cleanup of oil and other spills or leaks. This floor, wipe it up and done....
