Someone smiled upon you!
I don't know about that. Gabe just needed a gold hat, shoes and cane to go with it. Maybe leopard print for the lapel as well.
It wouldn't let me "Super Like" your post Rusty. Great to see the car together again! Hope the move works out well for you and your family.
Don't know how I missed this. Sorry to hear the news, but glad to see you're on the mend. I'm close by. If you need anything, hit me up. Even if...

There's a plus to that picture.... He's not licking the windows. :D
Thanks Gents! I wanted the whole front end stretched including wheelbase. So thanks again!
One last request. Can you lengthen the front fender/wheelbase the equivalent of 4.5” between the door and wheel well? Like a Roadmaster front end.
Now that’s Sexy! Thanks madfish!

Rounding 3rd and headed for home! And then extra innings of wet sanding and buffing, lol Why do we do this to ourselves again?

Thanks Tony!
Good luck sir!
Pop taught you well, and it shows in the fact it runs like it never happened.
Way to go Rusty! Very proud of what you've done!
His win will come! Keep "tinkering!"
That area was rough on mine as well. Glad you're back at it!
Remind me why we do this to ourselves again.... ;)
Love to do a '50 Sedanette in a similar style one day. I bet your car will make a great long distance driver.
Glad I'm not the only one with that disease, lol. Love what you've done with this car. Even the non-Hamb-friendly mods. Just the right mix!
Showed this pic to an upholsterer friend, he laughed(with you) and agreed with your thoughts!

Do Knoxville Dragway a favor, send them an e-mail letting them know how you felt about it. You are well spoken and conveyed your thoughts well...
Sorry to hear about the crash Rusty. But glad you're ok. Looking forward to the rebuild! Miss seeing you and the Bad Banana back east.
No, 3 fenders to do the job. No worries. I searched high and low and found 3 fenders that were rusted beyond repair except for the wheel lip area....
That's how we did mine. Actually 3 fenders to get the larger radius. Pic on post #204 of this thread.
My kids are 6 and 8. We started out modifying their 1/24th scale metal cars and trucks. Now they want to come to the shop and build/modify stuff...
