Like others have said, use a stacked plate type. You can run a smaller stacked plate or a larger tube (and still not cool as good).

Everything has been said already in this thread. Only thing I can add is if you need to run a relay or two you can get a non working gen regulator...
Or soak it all in evapo rust, paint it inside after and use this socket to mount. You can also use the other arm on the socket for a ground wire....
Remove the stud, blast it or soak it, take out the strap, make a new strap out of bar stock with a socket pressed in. Then put it back together....
Time to wax it up again.....
