hotrob, those are custom made. early nova/chevy II sbc fenderwell headers are the closest you can buy off the shelf. or maybe some s-10 sbc...
you could prolly fab some of those cone baffles onto a collector ring and secure em with chrome wingnuts, then you could pop out the baffles at...

could be, mine has a ticking thats gotten worse and isnt easily pinpointed. drivers side, rear, but a stethoscope doesnt pick it up on the rocker...
