Default 50 Pontiac clutch linkage HELP!!

Been a long time since I have been on here, but I'm back in country and need some advice. OK 1950 Pontiac, with a 1967 Chev 250 inline and 3SPD Sag outta a truck in it. Here is the problem........ I am using the stock Poncho clutch pedal linkage, all lines up pretty good, however I do not have enough travel in the pedal to completely disengage the clutch. She rides right at the floor with the throwout bearing riding the pressure plate all the time. My theorys........
1 clutch fork pivot ball is worn out.
2 clutch for itself is done

Any ideas??????????

There are also, I think, 3 different length throwout bearings used with GM clutch applications. Butch/56sedandelivery

Thanks Butch............ The one in it is the same as the one that came out before the clutch etc. Its driving me a little nuts. Tomorrow I attack the pivot ball, and the fork replacement. Fingers crossed, if that doesnt pan out as planned, I'm beginning to think about a slushbox for it!!
