Open to trades up or down...whatcha got? PM me
![]() All the full-sized pictures are here: http://s438.photobucket.com/albums/q...%20for%20sale/ This is a rebuilt '58 or '59 (big intake port heads) 430 that my dad & I picked up several years ago from a gent who had it rebuilt for a '57 Ranchero, but was just too damned tight in the engine bay. Try as I might, I can't find any of the receipts in my Dad's stuff since he passed, so I'm willing to let it go cheap. Don't have a particular use for it right now & storage is tight. Engine was never fired according to prior owner, and still has the plugs in it that were used during paint. It's painted BRIGHT red, with a touch of gold pearl...very attractive. The chrome valve covers have developed some surface rust after sitting in our storage room, but the engine is beatiful. The engine doesn't have a distributor, fuel pump, intake manifold & carb, starter, or generator. It does have everything else shown including a bell housing for a auto transmission . Exhaust manifolds & water pump were painted with Eastwood high temperature paint. What you see it what you get...happy to palletize for shipment, but all arrangements are to be made by the buyer, PM with any questions...
