I have a 1952 Dodge Meadowbrook and I'm wandering what vehicle I can switch the rear end out with? And would I be able to keep the drive shaft the same?

Mopar B bodies, ford ranger, explorer, jeep cherokee (not grand) the list goes on but those will retain your wheels bolt pattern. You will need to move spring perches and modify the drive shaft to a more modern ujoint compatable with what ever rear you choose. I believe the search function would be your friend for detials.
You need to measure your backing plate to backing plate distance and go from there.
