Default Model "A" Disc Brake Conversion Help

Anyone converted to Disc Brakes on '31 Model A? Is there a conversion kit? And or do the spindles need to be changed?

Thanks for any & all help!

This has come up about three times in the last month, you can do a search. There is no commercially availble kit for the Model A spindle, unless you fab it. You would have to change to 37-48 spindles. You can get a simple spacer kit to put 39-48 brakes on the Model A spindles.
