A little more progress this week...narrowed the bumper so it flows with 46' ford pan. I like these gravel pans as opposed to forming from sheetmetal.

Are you using flux core MIG? You need to get some gas.

  16. Hey mate ... just a quick question.... with the rear side wi down. Will they wind up and down when you're done?

The reason I ask is that my '39 after the chop (not done by me) are permanently closed. Just wondering what might need to be done with the winder mechanism so they work....

Should you ever go to sell it to a person in a state with square cornered license plates, 4783044-3122c8c5ad2b6c023c33225296073d5b.jpg you may have a problem with your sunken rear plate.

Way ahead of you..I ditched the idea..back to square one..moving right along. Got the front back on. Fine tuning the fit before I weld it on.

Got the drivers door frame mocked up. The first one always takes a while. The other side should go smoother. Also going to mess with qtr windows and try to get them to fully function.
