My Brother Tom, dug these T parts out of a farmer's dump in 1962. He gave me the body a year later and I built my first Hotrod out of it. It always makes me smile ! IMG_0205.jpg 2012-08-31 114836.jpg

  8. The day I got married 51 years ago to my high school sweetheart. The following day we left for a 3-week honeymoon in Hawaii.

2 weeks prior I'd dropped a new crate LT-1 with a bigger cam and Edelbrock SY-1 (Smokey Ram) intake with a 750 Holley DP in my '64 El Camino.

    Life was good.

Don't have the El Camino anymore but still have the girl.

In1968, Hawaii still issued new plates instead of stickers. I’m sitting in the trunk of my 65 Sunbeam Tiger in Ala Moana park changing out the plates. Military duty was nice

It's surprising how many projects start out from a handful of parts like that, and a dream.

    Cheers,
