I’m far from being a custom car guy but that Forty-one
(I think it is) is slick.

this one sort of reminds me of the cartoon of the old couple in the stocker looking down at the young couple in the hot rod version of their car

    Thanks Rick.

Good lighting with all the windows. Easier on the eyes than a lot of dazzling lights.

  19. @silent rick Is that turquoise and white 56 chevy Rich Martins? It’s the twin to mine.

Great cars, what is the history of the building the show is housed in?

If rich sitting behind it and hanging around it all afternoon was any indication, I'd say it was

  22. I heard there was a dentist from Frankfort Indiana with a car collection including a Tucker Torpedo. Same guy perhaps....?

The fairgrounds were established in the 1850's but I don't think any of the buildings exist from then.
The car show is just one of many events held in the building year round. The industrial arts building, as it's called is a unique cross shaped design with four equal size wings.
A large fire destroyed many of the original buildings around WW1, this one was built in 1926.

It is a cool old building
