... it has been several years since I let The Ozark Mountain Special go and have been on here ... has anyone seen it ??? Anyhow I am actually thinking about building a HA/GR again and was wondering if anyone has considered or even used a T-bucket frame as a starting point ??? Thanks ...
Don't see why not. Off the shelf/early Ford front end should work. Solid struts from the usual coilover mounts should equal rigid rear, hair pins as anti-rotation device. Not sure if you're looking new or used, but some offer flatty and T5/C4 mounts as an option.
We're using a Model-T chassis a the basis of our build. A bit rearranged, but the rails started out under a T and although it's a fiberglass copy the body is a T bucket too.
