Please let me introduce myself. My name is Brian Peterson. I am the guy, trying like hell, to relaunch the original Roach brand of T-shirts. I hope to introduce all of the classic designs that made Roach famous. I have launched two websites to support the brand. www.roach-studios.com (wholesale) and www.roachbrand.com (for retail) My Story is simple. I am the son of one of the original owners of the company, Stan Peterson. I grew up painting t-shirts at car shows with guys like Ed Newton, Tom Davidson, Chris Mullins, and Ed Roth. I love cars, racing, and art. It is my passion to combine those interest into wearable art for all to enjoy. Please feel free to share your thoughts on the Roach brand and my attempts to re-launch it. It is my hope that many people will find the graphics as compelling as I do. If there is a design that is your favorite, please let me know. If I have missed one, please let me know and I will try to bring it out as soon as possible. I hope this intro finds all who read it well. Thanks you for your interest. Sincerely, Brian Peterson Principal Roach Studios Columbus, OH USA
have you tried looking about on today 's forum ??? guys are looking for you ..they want to know what ever happened to roach studio's ...
Very exciting! I remember the ads in magazines back years ago. I wish you the very best with bringing back one of the great brands many of us remember so fondly while thumbing through the car mags back in the 60s & 70s. I'm sure there are many of the older guys on here who would love to see you succeed.
Here is one of several threads that mention Roach Studios ......... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=388960&highlight=roach+studios
Howdy and Welcome from the West Coast of Florida. Really great to see such a famous name back again. The Old Saying what goes around comes around is sure true and it's just real cool to see the old stuff again.
Hello and welcome from Danville, KY. And hell yeah, I wondered what happened to Roach... I remember having more than a few of their shirts back in the day. Dave formerly of Cleveland
Welcome Brian. Great to hear from you. I think I last saw you at the NSRA Nats in maybe '88. Here's a shot of your Dad, Mullins and Newt that I shot in Columbus in '94. If you need anything, let me know.
Question are you related to the people who own Global Impressions in Largo, Florida and make heat transfers for shirts? Jimbo
