200 4R "CZF" On Blue Tag...What Car/Year/Engine?

I just picked up a nice 200 4R transmission SUPPOSEDLY out of a Monte Carlo SS...unknown engine, unknown year. The tag is blue color with a big CZF code at the top of the tag. The numbers on the bottom of the tag are 022-862czf1518. The bell housing has a dip at the top and 10 holes, in addition to the 2 larger locating dowl holes. Any information on this transmission would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks, guys...

 

CZF 85-88 Monte SS
